How To Treat A Hard Lump On The Scalp Causing Headache And Backpain?

I have recently discover that I have a lump on my scalp, it isn t that big and it doesn t hurt, its really hard... I am scared that its a brain tumor... I get headaches and backaches often but I do have a lump mattress so I don t know weather its a tumor or what... please help...
