How To Treat A Large And Hard Bump In Vaginal Area?

I have a bump I noticed about 2 1/2 weeks ago I did hot compresses and it started going away well I had my tubes tied on Thursday the doc looked at the bump said it was from shaving it would most likely go way well yesterday I noticed it was coming back 4 days after surgery and now its bigger then it and hard as a rock and now its draing some really gross stuff should I be worried about it being a infection so soon after surgery
