How To Treat A Large Painful Pimple In The Cleavage Area?

Hello, a few days ago I noticed a large pimple, actually more like a boil at this point in my cleavage area. It is very inflamed and painful even when trying to sleep. I have tried applying pressure to remove the inside but every day there is more and more fluid coming out. What can I do to make this go away.
