How To Treat A Large White Rash On The Implant?

Hi i have the contraceptive implant which has been fitted for a year now. Over the past couple of days a large white lumpy rash keeps coming up over the whole of the implant, then disappering and re-appearing later. It is also quite itchy - can u explain what this is please?
