How To Treat A Lump On My Neck Causing Pain And Headaches?

hi im ankmlkmea, 17 around 108 pounds..i have a lump on the right side of my neck right near my spine close to my skull..it gives me neck pains and headaches sometimes and bothers me when i touch it or move my neck alot. its not visible but its not real small..what is it??
