How To Treat A Lump On Right Testicle,swelling And Discoloration Of Leg?

Hello, I have had a lump on my right testical for over two years, have been to see a doctor twice. Both did a quick exam and said it is probably a cyst. Other problems started showing up such as, My right leg swells and hurts and turns dark. I can feel the lymph nodes in my groin on right side. The lymph node on the right side of my neck is swollen. Feel very tired all the time. And I have a pain that is getting worse on the right side at about the bottom of my ribcage Can you help me out?
