How To Treat A Painful And Swollen Welt?

Hello :) i believe i was bitten by a spider. possibly 4 days ago. It began by looking like a tiny hard pimple. Over the past couple days it has turned into a welt. It is on my back. it does NOT itch. but it is very painful and swollen. what should i do???
