How To Treat A Painful Blister On Foot?

I have a blister type thing on my foot they do not seem to hurt but are filled with liquid i can pop them quite easily by pressure, this only seems to happen on my left foot i sometimes get these on my fingers aswell there are normally quite a few in a cluster
