How To Treat A Plugged Nose?

I fell on ice last Wednesday and ever since that I have been so plugged up and no over the counter medicine helps. I can get some relief with a nose spray. I have no other "cold" symptoms and this started later that day after fall. Drainage when I can get some out is clear in color.
