How To Treat A Possible Clear Liquid Leak From Pimple On Head?

I am leaking a clear liquid from an area in the back of my head, but I can t tell if it is a mole or a pimple as it is on the back of my head. I had someone else look at it and they said that it looks like a scab so they couldn t tell if was a pimple or a mole. Should I be concerned either way?
