How To Treat A Red Spot At The Tip Of The Penis?

Dear Doctor.I have got Red spot on my penis from last 4-5 days, no pain no irritation nothing but i got some irritation on the tip of the penis and it is sensitive to touch.
I don’t have any sexual relation. Sometimes i masturbate. Now that i am going to marry i am feeling guilt. please suggest me..thanks
