How To Treat A Small Cyst On Exterior Of Placenta?

I am 18 1/2 weeks pregnant and just had my first ultrasound. My baby measured find but they found a small cyst on the exterior of my placenta. My doctor ordered a blood test to check for different abnormalities in the baby. Should I be concerned? My sugar level was elevated a bit as well.
