How To Treat A Wound Caused Due To A Cut On Fingers?

Hi I was cutting my toddlers hair with hair shears and as he moved a bit I sliced off my middle fingers knuckle skin right off along with the hair, in a hurry I discarded the cut off skin, which I now regret.. How should I treat this wound? It bleeds with slightest movement
