How To Treat Acne Caused Due To Shaving?

Hello, I recently shave my pic hair area, and a few days later a few pimples came. I used the warm rag/towel compress, and they ve gone down a lot. None have come back, and there s very, very little puss. ( Haven t had any since I first saw them ) I have also been doing a lot of running in gym. Can I also use triple antibiotic ointment on them?
