How To Treat Acne On Face?

I had been using melaglow a year back now it did work ok with me. Later on i stoped using it coz of a bit acne. Now can i try using ot again? Nd how to deal with acne if it breaks out. For now i have little acne on my face. I feeding my 3 Months baby as well.
