How To Treat Acne Spots On Face?

hello ,whenever i applied multani mitti or sandalwood powder i feel like itching on my face....why it is so???what type of skin i have ??i have oily skin ....but is it sensitive too??plz rply......i hv acne spots on my face ..just want to get rid of???
