hi I am A 45 YRS FEMLE. wROKING IN bpo. work in night shifts. I suffer from depression and anxiety attacks during my periods. My heart palpitations increse, my head has a tinglong effect, n am not able to get dleep.the moment i hit the bed i feel a tingling effect in my brian. The anxiety or depression is so much thet smetime even after my mensutrual cycle is over i stll feel depressed and lsonrey.
