How To Treat Back Pain In Left Shoulder To Neck And Tingling Sensation In Arms?

I have been having some back pain in upper left shoulder to neck, resulting in tingling sensations down left arm. aching in elbow joint - most painful when I bend over to reach, gets worse when I sit and nearly subsides when I m standing or moving for long periods of time. went to chiro a few weeks back and some diminished but arm and aching in shoulder not gone - can t sleep on my side, lie flat on my back - I want to know what type of physician I should see to help me. (motrin doesn t ease pain)
