How To Treat Benign Facial Tumor Leading To Facial Paralysis?

Hi My Name is Charles,I have had a benign Facial tumor on my 7th nerve now for over 12 years... I have had radiation therapy and a few MRI in the past... at the time they said that surgery was risky and am wondering if there have been any advancements. I have paralysis on the left side of my face and my left eye does not blink.
