How To Treat Bilateral Fracture Of Pelvis,ribs And Wrist Due To An Injury?

I fell off a roof in Oct. I have 5 bilateral fractures of the pelvis, fractured sacrum, fractured ribs, wrist fractured ad plated. I want to take as little as possible in pain meds. I have gabapentin,tramadol,Percocet. Nerve damage to arm wrist and leg. Besides therapy, why else I do to get backdoors outdoors!
