How To Treat Black Mark On Cheek After A Electric Pointed Needle Use?

im a 24 year old girl,i have consult a dermatologist for tags on my cheek so he burn it with the help of electric pointed needlea week ago.my question is how to remove that a small hard balck spot on that particular area and kindly tell me that how long that black area will go away?please advice.
