How To Treat Bleeding After Having Copper Coil Inserted?

hi , i had the copper coil fitted 6 wks ago, due to bleeding i was put on norethisterone 5mg twice daily ,that didnt work so the dose was uped to three tmes daily that hasn't worked so my doctor has nw put me on microgynon(which i use to be on b4 the coil ) and mefenamic acid 500mg three times a day five days ago,, and i am still bleeding !!!
