How To Treat Bleeding Of Nose,headache And Blurred Vision Due To An Injury?

I was hit in the face with a soccer ball 3 days ago. My nose has been bleeding on and off, I have horrible headaches, and get blurred vision right before the horrible headache and this morning I woke up with my nose stuffy and not able to breath out of the right nostril. Any suggestions?
