How To Treat Blister Like Bumps On Scalp Causing Bleeding?

For the past 2 yrs I have had blister type bumps on my scalp and they form little scabs and bleed. They are always there and have very seldom cleared up. I have found certain things I am allergic to will cause it to flare up bad. Then they feel like bee stings. I have seen 7 doctors and theydonotknow what it is or how to treat it.Help! YYYY@YYYY Also, this started when I was prescribed abilify and after discontinuing use the problem is still there.
