How To Treat Blister On Lips?

Hi Doctor, I am having this transperent blister on my lower lip which is not going away since few weeks. It's not painful but its quite irritating as whenever I close my lips or bring them together I can feel something bulging on the lower one. Any suggestions as to how I can get rid of it.
