How To Treat Blockage In Heart Despite Having Chronic Kidney Failure?

My mother has advanced heart failure with 25% heart pump. She also has acute/chronic kidney failure and had open heart surgery 4 years ago. She also had PAD and had by-pass surgery in one of her legs. She now has developed another blockage and is unable to have a stent because of the kidney disease. How long can she survive with this.
