How To Treat Blurred And Double Vision Despite Being Diagnosed With Vestibular Neuritis?

i have been diagnosed with vestibular neuritis which is slowly clearing up - the dizziness is less every day. I am now experiencing slight blurred vision and double vision in one eye as I wake up in the morning - this only lasts for a say 5 minutes ..should i be concerned?
