How To Treat Body Odour?

my problem is about a bad odor on diff parts of my body such as underarm,vagina and feet..i always feel hot and feel oil comes from my underarm..can u please help me about this..??i,ve been suffering this for about 10 years till now..i bath and take deodorant everyday but still i stink..
