How To Treat Boils In Vaginal Area Inspite Of Using Estrace?

I have been getting boils on my vaginal area, labia specifically. My gynecologist has diagnosed it the first time I got one. I have had two more since (in about a year time frame). I use estrace cream. Does this have something to do with it? I don't shave, or break the skin, and wash thoroughly every night.
