How To Treat Bronchitis During Pregnancy?

I have had bronchitis for over a month now, and am pregnant so I can t take anything. The cough has been less severe the past 2 weeks, however I now have a horrible (almost pus like taste) in my mouth that is turning my stomach and affecting my appetite.
