How To Treat Bruise And Dent On Buttocks Caused Due To An Injury?

Hi there. So it s been over a year now after I ve fallen hard on some stairs and hit my right buttox cheek hard enough to bruise and the dent is still there. It looks like a small sized rod could fit in inside of the dent. What are some ways to sooth this condition? Thank you
