How To Treat Bruise And Hardening After Injuring Buttocks?

I fell on my butt cheek in July of this year, it was pretty bruised and as it healed, i have developed an indentation and raised hardining. It does not hurt to sit, walk or lay on my back. Should I be concerned? It is pretty disgusting to look at, and it is very obvious in a bathing suit.
