How To Treat Bruised Legs?

Hi

I am a little worried, I badly banged my my shin on a bed over 2 years ago and badly bruised my legs, and it doesn't appear to be going. Some days I notice that it looks darker and if i press on the area, is a little tender.

Should I be getting my leg looked at?
