How To Treat Bulging Discs In Neck And Back Leading To Pain?

Hello, I have 8 buldging discs in my neck and back. I am taking strong painkillers and anti inflamitories and am on a 12 week waiting list to see a surgeon. I am in a serious amount of pain, i cannot lift my arms, nor pick up my baby. In the night the pain in so bad i cannot move and can t get out of bed. Should i go to a&e and see if there is anything that can do to help me
