How To Treat Bump In Forehead As I Fell Down From Staircase?

Hi, i slipped and fell at the staircase. first i hit my head on the wall and in that force fell on the stairs and got a bump on my forehead. it is two days now no vomitting, dizziness etc. but i feel little heavy and slight headache is there and swelling is getting down not it is over my eyes and nose and face looks swollen and forehead is better is it anything serious?
