How To Treat Bump On Bicep?

I am a college student and use communal showers. I noticed that a bump formed on my bicep probably the size of a small pea and it is the only red part of my bicep. Do you think it is ringworm and if it is what should I do to treat it? If it is not, what do you think it is?
