How To Treat Burning Sensation And Blister Close To Tear Duct Of Eye?

Hi Dr. Meyer,I'm one of your patients. Tonight I was cooking bacon and hot grease splattered in my right eye by my tear duct. I took my contact out immediately. I flushed with cold water and put in artificial tears. It is beginning to burn some and it looks like there is a blister starting to form. It is red too. Should I go to the ER or can I wait and see you all tomorrow.
