How To Treat Burning Sensation During Urination Along With Vaginal Dryness?

I get Uti s quite often in which I bleed a bit but recently I feel the same uti symptoms like burning sensation and my urine smells bad and looks separated like urine and urea but no blood, however my vagina is really dry and isn t really producing discharge, I am only 21 help!!!!
