How To Treat Burning Sensation During Urination And Abdominal Soreness Post Hysterectomy?

I have had a hysterectomy operation about 5 weeks ago. is it normal to feel something inside your virginal. I have felt this after 2 weeks since my operation and still have it. it only happens when I sit down. I haven t checked internally myself yet. when I stand or walk around for to long or wash up, I start to get sore inside. today I have been getting burning feeling after I pass urine but it is not that bad. this has happened since I accidently over stretched and my belly had been quite sore. it is not sore now. I have had other surgeries in the past being my tubes tide with stainless steel clips and a monarch sling for a prolapse bladder. when I had my hysterectomy they could not find one of the clips on my fallopian tubes and it is floating around inside me. I only have one ovary, everything else has been removed. I do wonder if I will be able to orgasm still and if sex would be the same. I have been very anxious and feeling very down about it all.
