How To Treat Burning Sensation During Urination,constipation And Frequent Urination?

Hi, my name is Mikaela. For about 2 years now I've been experiencing stinging & burning during urination, pain during sexual intercourse, frequent urination(especially at night), pain in my lower abdomen(especially at night), constipation, and painful bowel movements. I've had a couple urinary tract infections and bacterial infections during the past 2 years while all of this has been going on. At the moment I do not have insurance and had to stop seeing the first doctor who was actually trying to help me...any thoughts on what I might have? Thanks.
