How To Treat Burning Sensation On Vaginal And Anal Area?

I have been tested for all stds, not too long ago, & tests were negative. But, sometimes at the end of my period. I get this blister-like bump between my vagina & anus. It itches. It also burns, when i have a bowel movement, & when i wipe, afterward..What could it be?
