How To Treat Burns On Hand?

Myt daughter is newly disabled and this is her first winter in a wheelchair. Today she was out for an appointment and seems to have burned her hands from the salt and ice. She didn t wear gloves while pushing herslef. Is there something I can do to treat her burns?
