How To Treat Burnt Spot Area ?

On friday the 20th i burned (branded) myself on my arm with the metal part of a lighter i did it while the metal part was extremely hot and pushed down very hard i have been putting antiseptic creams on it and covering it but after two days green layer appeared, i continued to apply cream it got less and today i have been putting on aloe vera gel on it and it has now turned a dark red / black colour and no green. What would be the best thing to do next
