How To Treat Cancerous Tumor Near Left Kidney?

hello Doctor, We are from southern india, Tamil Nadu. My father aged 62 is diagonised with a large cancer tumor near left kidney. The initial diagonises confirms it to be cancer. We are at CMC vellore hospital. Is it ok to carry on with the treatment here or do you suggest anywhere else nearby. P.S Left kidney has been removed 12 years back after finding it to be affected by cancer.
