How To Treat Chest Discomfort Caused Due To Smoking Crystal Meth?

Hi, after smoking crystal meth, i feels like sometime is blocking in the middle of my chest, properly half-way of esophagus. I tried to drink water to sollow it first, but after awhile it s going back again and i tried to vomit out, after vomitted, now became worse, feeling like my esophagus is burning, what can i do furthur more?
