How To Treat Chronic Upper And Lower Back Ache And Diarrhea?

I have chronic Backache lower and upper back, diarrhoea, and a complete lack of energy.. I have previously had a thyroid test which came back negative (though the glands in my neck tend to swell up quite regularly) i do also suffer with ibs though i do regulate this with diet... I have been taking amatriptolean for my bck but its starting to have no effect. pls help
