Pain in left ear, started out feelin like a blackhead in upper part of ear canal. Ran hot water over wash cloth to create hot compress, did that several times last night but fear some poking from q tip and trying to squeeze bump may have made worse. Woke up with intense pain and clogged ear. Looked inside, seems like a couple bumps are visible
