How To Treat Clogged Ears Caused Due To Cold?

Hi. My name is Erica I m 18 years old. Currently not on any meds. About 2 months ago I started to get a cold but it never progressed into a bad cold. And 2 and a half months later I still have a lingering cold . And about a month ago I started getting my ears plugged up and now its both ears and I barley can hear anything out of them. They are also ringing. Any advice?
