How To Treat Clusters Of White Spots On Head After Shaving Head?

I recently shaved my head, shortly afterwards clusters of white-like, pus filled spots broke out at the back of my head, pustules I believe they're called? Not only does the mid-to lower part of my head (down to my neck) look rather unsightly but it hurts quite a bit...what do I do?
