How To Treat Concussion And Burning Sensation Of Eyes Post Head Injury?

I was diagnosed with a mild concussion 2 days ago after falling and hitting my head on the left side. Had a .CT scan. I now have l large bruise as I would describe as a raccoon eye on my left eye. Small amount of burning and drainage from the eye. Still mildly dizzy. Should I be concerned
